I also faced this problem with ICICI website, but I was able to get the amount back. It is really unfortunate of you that you are running around for the amount. These telephone operators are real cheaters...blood suckers

I made an Online Recharge of Rs 333 through ICICI Bank website Net-banking Pre-Paid Recharge Facility on 18th January around 22:24 PM.
The transaction was successful at the ICICI Bank site..
My account was debited for Rs 333.
I received a message from 555555 at 22:26 PM " Dear Customer , Your recharge request is
under process.Please check balance after sometime."
But I didn't receive any balance on my Airtel Mobile Number.
I made a complaint to 121 but they replied that they received no credit from my bank account.
So I sent them Bank Statement, Screen Shot of Transaction via email but till date no resolution of the problem.
So I contacted ICICI Bank & they replied that transaction is successful from operator end & the money has been debited from my account.
So now the Question is "If ICICI Bank says transaction was successful and money has been paid AND Airtel says they received no credit from my bank account." WHERE HAS THE MONEY GONE?
It has already been 9 Days & no Balance from Mobile Operator & no refund from Banker.
A Helpless customer like me has been left with only SERVICE REQUEST NUMBERS & NO SOLUTION.
WILL I GET BACK MY MONEY EVER?
