Blackerry 9630 from Naaptol Hi,
I bought blackberry 9630 from naaptol.com 1 months back and while giving order they promised me that i will get original bill from them and if anything happens to phone,i can go to blackberry servive centre,but now i am not able to use blackberry services on that phone and it gets hang every now and then.
when i call to customer care,they say that i will have to curier this mobile to them and only they can solve this problem that means i cannot go to blackberry service center
and as per them, it will take 15 working days to solve the issue which means 1 months(5 days to reach there + 19 days(TAT) + 5 days to come back)
and if i send this mobile to them,i dont have any bill recieved from them,everytime i call them they say it will take 48 hrs
so i am hadicapped now,i cant do any thing
