I am a reliance CDMA user my number is 9375186540 and i want DND to be decativated completely so that i can receive all type of message.
relating this i have many time contacted reliance customer care but they hay one same reply that there is no dnd activated on my phone. but when i see my status on the TRAI website ndnc.in is says that DND is activated on my number and i cannot receive any number.

SO i want to know where is problem being created and why it takes such a long to solve such any easy thing because either there is a problem in reliance website ot with the TRAI website it has been two months and because of this DND i am not able to receive important messages and call on my phone.


P.S I am telling that DND is activatd on my number by checking it from ndnc.in website and also indiatracewebsite
