Also, i'd like to request TATATEL AUTHORITY to not to Send me these Kind of Crap Legal Notice in my Village Address. My Old Father and Mother only residing there and they got Tensed getting these SPAM LEGAL NOTICEs twice a month Against Me. I've residing in my Office quarters and i didn't get them on time. I've Provided my Office Address at the time of applying TATAPHOTON MINUS and i'll be delighted if TATATEL can send me the LEGAL NOTICES there.

I didnt understand, why Local TATATEL heros Didn't bother me for Payments !!!!!!! They can easily Reach me within 10 Minutes as i'm residing within 1/2 KM range of there Office.

Anyway, I'll be ever grateful to TATATEL if you can Consider this before sending me Further Legal Notice.

I didn't understand why you're Charging the Messy bills even i just have used it hardly for 5 minutes before trashing the TATA PHOTON device.. and at the same time you're unable to provide me the exact Data of internet usage..instead of the Details, you people sending me the Crap Legal Notice, Unsupportive Contact info of unknown Person etc.. WHAT DOES IT MEAN ???

why do i ?? its your problem so it your duty to fix it. I just need the Details about Mr. Haricharan Das, Advocate Contact Info and the Detailed Bill you're charging me. Isin't it be easy if you Just Log a complaint to the Local TATATEL OFFICE where I've purchased TATA PHOTON PLUS about my concern and they can follow up the case ??? Just Do it Then.

This is just to clarify you that i'm not going to call, or visit Any of your DOCOMO office with this regard..its all useless and wastage of time. 2 People including your JE visit my office 5 months back and have done all the Mess and now they forced me to write here at Consumercourt.in.

So, Please dont reply if you dont have any update info regarding this Dispute. I need a very crystal clear reply. Just to remind you again what i need is :-

1:- Detail of Internet Usage(every minute) which you're charging me.
2:- The Designation and Proper Contact info of Anonymous Mr. Haricharan Das mentioned in LEGAL NOTICE attached above.
3:- The Contact info of the Advocate “PRANJAL UADHYAYA”...
