Reliance Mobile (GSM) not solve network issue

Respected Sir,

I visit reliance website and find that reliance GSM have coverage in Bhamara Ka, Tijara, Alwar, Rajasthan so I purchase a SIM card wide 09024824298 as on Nov 29, 2011. But now I didn’t receive any signals (Zero Network).

For that problem I wtote mails to 'Rcomappellateauthority.RJ@relianceada.com' (Reliance Appellate Office), They made some conversions with me ask some details. I provide all the details. After that there is No responce from Reliance and problem stillnot solved.

For your ref. I am attaching conversed mail with Reliance.

Hope now this problem will be resolved

Dear Sir,

Please go thorough atta he notepad file conversions. They are also say same words.
If it is not possible to solve this issue then tell me and update your website. Why you provide wrong informatuion on website.
