I used to be a customer of TATA Teleservices Ltd. as Photon mobile internet device. My Ac no- 937259866 & Del no- 9235411017.
I made full & final payment of Rs 1292/- by SBI cheque no- 044503, Dtd - 03/12/2011 drawn on local branch. My account statement shows that it was cleared on Dt- 08/12/2011. But after one month the advocate of the firm has sent a notice to pay the due amount within a week or face legal action. I contacted given link Mr. Yogesh on his cell no - 9235509624 but for no responce.
I request immediate action, in order to save me from further harassment.
