Hi,

I am getting problem in making outgoing calls on some numbers from my airtel postpaid connection. I called several time to customer care, dropped mails to their seniors but I didn't got any response from them.

Firstly they were not ready to note my complaint, they were just giving interaction id. Then after so much requesting they booked my complaint whose id is 41446066. It was supposed to be close on 11th jan but I didn't got any call from them and my problem not solved. This is ridiculous.

Then I mailed to senior member Mr.Shobhit Gambhir but he didn't replied, then again I send mail to CEO Mr.Ramesh Menon...he also didn't replied. It was like a hell experience.

Then yesterday I send mail to Vishal Chavan...but till now I am not getting response from them.

This is a limit. I want to disconnect my number from this service provider immedaitely and want my compensation...coz of them I'd lost some of my clients.

I want to file a case against them. Please tell me the procedure.

Airtel Sucks!!!
