7 Serious Complaints against Reliance Communications:

Compliant 1:
They suddenly barred my outgoing calls and SMS and asked for documents and photographs again, though I had sumitted clearly all the required during the SIM registration. They must have informed me before blocking my Outgoing SMS and Calls.
Then they took 2 days to activate them back.

Compliant 2:
They again blocked my SIM and asked for documents the next month, which I don't understand why. They did this without informing me.

Compliant 3:
I purchased 88 Pack for this SIM, they charged me from my Bank Internet Bank account, but the pack was never activated.

Compliant 4:
I activated SMS-14 Pack successfully which could make my all India SMS at 5P cost but, they still are charging me from Main Balance.

Compliant 5:
They promise a false and biased network coverage. There is zero/ no coverage in trains, on highways, inside buildings.

Compliant 6:
GPRS AccessPoint hardly gets connected. GPRS speed goes maximum upto 5 or 6 Kbps.

Complaint 7:
Whenever I call their Customercare, they keep me waiting for so long, even for about 20 minutes. At last they take a shortcut and say that they are facing technical problems in Customercare Servers. They did it in stretch for 22 days in 7-8 calls.
