i am sreenath ( 9995195654 ). i have ported to Vodafone from airtel on 14-12-2011 from Vodafone mini store, north paravur, ernakulam dist, kerala.
after 7 working days my new Vodafone sim got activated and the old air tel sim has been deactivated. from 5-1-2012 my Vodafone sim has been bloked . they are asking for my id and photo, but i have already given the same to the above mentioned Vodafone mini store. when i checked the above mentioned Vodafone mini store, it has been already closed without any notice. Vodafone is not activating my sim even-though i provided all the details they asked for. since i have ported to Vodafone onyl now, i can't change to any other network. my number(9995195654) is blocked from 5-1-2012 and i have lost many important calls, which is affecting my future job also. i want Vodafone to activate my number(9995195654) as there is no fault from my side. i made many calls to customer care. but their response is very poor. they don't even care to consider my request.
