Dear Consumer Court,
Here I am the victim of Consuming the Airtel Connection.My Airtel Number was 9831085241.I have disconnect the numeber by paying extra money((53.18).The customer care fellow asked me the reason of I have explained and asked them to discontinue the number. They have kept my SIM and assured me that they will destroy that.After some days there was a call from Airtel requesting to make the the connection prepaid ,Straightly and Clearly I have disagreed their request.But don't know why still 3 months continuously they are sending me the bill without usage.Now this month It has been came to the amount to pay INR 412.72 by 21st Jan 2012. Today (13th Jan 2012,at 7-30 p.m)I reached the Garihat Road Branch(Jodhpur pARK) and explained everything to Mr.Amit Singh who was sitting on the Customer care seat and straightway blaming me that I am telling lie..I have agreed for the prepaid connection , unable to show my consent signature and asking me to pay the amount. It was RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!I fired him and asking to discontinue my other two Airtel Connection..then that Stupid Fellow was asking for the application..then I argued If any connection they want to continue that they do not need any documentation or application but why for discontinuation the connection they need all these rubbish !!! How dare that fellow was telling me that I had agreed without showing me any evidence,any signature for this agreement...I am complaining against Airtel..they should improve their staff quality and make the procedure much more simpler and easier so that customer won't be harassed by any of RASCALS Customer care persons.
