I am shyam. My mobile number is 9947487961,i have been using Idea service from 2008. On December 2011 I changed to prepaid ,during that time my phone number was out of service for one week and i had to sent several mail and did several calls to make my number live.I have submitted my photo and address proof at the time of conversion from postpaid to prepaid .



Now after one month on 11-1-2012 ,they have barred my connection with out any notification.



Now what should I do?

Kindly provide me proper solution regarding this problem.
