Dear sir,

I have paid my cell bill on dated 04.01.2012 against thier receipt no. 100557 , but still today by 10 am my cell phone is not working as its lock by operator (IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED)

Also I have talked with customer care but no postive result ...since i am a bussiness man I am loosing my bussiness ......


Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
