    Default By default wrong SMS alert of service end.

    I want to do complaint against Bharti Airtel prepaid services,i did recharge on my airtel prepaid mobile no.9970679644 of Rs.67(message pack with 1 month validity) on 14 December 2011,i got service end alert on 7 Jan 2012 even though message pack valid till 13 January 2012,so i recharged again same pack on 8 January 2012 but today again on 12 January 2012 i got by default sms of service end.I tried to convey my complaint to call center 3 times,but without providing appropriate reason call center executives disconnected my calls.Due to there faulty system sms i didnt take full use of my services which i paid for.so i want justice against this.

    Dear Sir/Madam My Mobile No is 9893419595. I am post paid coustmer.Airtel Bharti Ltd comapy continous sending SMS from AD-54321 to me and many customers without requesting and adding big amount in bill on others sms charges to customer.it is not fare.Customer care Exicutives and his technikal department not taking any action last 3 months therefore my time and energy is westing in his wrong service.This month company accept his fault and agree for the discount but after that i am receiving the the service SmS from AD-54321 and they have charged.kindly investigate the this problem as soon as possible.i am not able to pay the bill.
