Dear Sir,
I am Mr. Ghole Aasim staying in Mira Road. I have purchased Samsung GT-E2232 WITH ONE YEAR OF WARRANTY on 02.09.2011, serial Number - RFFB730541F(357860044308142).
I am facing problem with SIM2, as all of sudden SIM2 port unable to function. When i took my device to Samsung Service Centre in Mira Road, i got negative answer from them as it is a physical damage so we are unable to provide warranty of this, if you want we can replace the main board and charges will be 1500 / -. I denied for same and took out tmy device from Service Centre.

My Complaint is this, As per my knowledge this is problem with SIM2 connection, and if it is right what they are mentionning then to its there look out to give me right option, not to replace main board with chargeable basis....... I am really getting flustrated with there services they doesnot give any vaue for customers money and time.
I am really unhappy with service from Samsung Service Centre what type of service they are giving to us .... Really it is not acceptable
This is not only me who got negative answer from service centre. There are number of customer who facing this type of service..
