You have been deducting my money Rs. 20 unnecessary continuously by activating the services which i have never asked/requested for.

Whenever i called your customer care executive, he told me" I can not help you due to system technical problem". On 10th jan'12 Ms. Jyoti, your customer care executive try to resolve my issue by putting a complaint for my problem. she gave me a complaint number-169824012.

But on the same day, you again deducted Rs. 25 for a service again. i called your executive Mr. Sumit, Mr. Pramod, Mr. Pardeep everyone replied me same" due to system technical problem he cant help me". Mr. Vinod, who have a working computer system who told me my service was not deactivated by Ms. jyoti.

Sir, I want my money back give that to me as soon as possible. Your reliance company is not bind to its principles. All these type of activities are projecting a corrupt image of Reliance.

I am unhappy with your services as i work at delhi so i stay in roaming most of the time, and you deduct my balance unnecessary which is unethical.
Return my money back.
