I have purchased a Blackberry mobile model 9700 on ebay, after buying within 1 month its shows problem. I take it to blackberry shop seller for repair and they will tell me handset will repair within a 3 days. after 15 days they call me and tell my handset has been repaired. when i receive my handset at their doorstep same problem arise again, i again complain they will receive and gave me a new jobsheet and tell my problem will shortout within 7 days. Now it's 1 months has gone but they have no responed when i call them or mail them.
