I gave my mobile to Nokia Customer care, Noida on november 19, 2011 to correct the display problem. They took almost a month just to repair the display. And when they gave me back my mobile on december 17, 2011 they told me that there is a problem in options keys and my front camera was also missing. But when I gave my mobile for repairing there was only display problem.
After 3-4 days I again went to the shop and submitted my mobile for the other two defaults I.E. Option keys and missing front camera. . Instead of solving the default they have fitted very low quality front camera of any local phone and claim that it is a n95 camera. I have been using n95 from last 3 years and I have never faced any problem but in these two months I have faced lot of problem resulting in loss of my work, money and time. Kindly request you to take some action against them. I have been a valuable costumer of nokia
