Dear Sir,
I am Ashish Jain.My complaint is regarding failed recharge of idea from a free recharge site. On 02-JAN-2012 i initiated a recharge of 250/- in my idea number +919990422190 of NCR region. But till now i neither get the amount in my cell nor the money is refunded back to my Bank account. I also logged a complaint regarding this on 04-JAN-2012 but there is no solution of the problem till now. The complaint number is 00276040112. Please give a look at this.
