Dear Sir,
I had activated SMS scheme of Reliance GSM of Rs. 39/- for a month, and they have by default made the activation automatic, i.e. after a month they will deduct Rs. 19.50/- automatically from the balance & renew it for 15 days.
On 1st of January, my balance of Rs. 19.50/- was deducted on grounds of auto renewal, again the same happened on 8th of Jan. Again Rs. 19.50/- was deducted from my main balance only in a week, wheareas the scheme was renewed for 15 days !! There were no options to speak to the Customer Care on either of the numbers, as after playing all the options when we continue to the option to speak to a customer care executive, the line gets disconnected automatically.
I have been trying to contact them for 3 days to resolve the issue, still all efforts were in vain.
I had also activated a scheme of Rs. 17/- on 10th Jan, where STD call rates become 10paise per min. I also got a confirmation text from Reliance acknowledging the recharge, however still it has not been activated and my balance is getting decucted @ 60 paise per min. How is this justified?
Around 6 - 7 times, they have deducted my balance and activated Caller Tunes, Sensex, and various others services without any intimation or confirmation from my side, on complaining they say their database shows this entry. My question is, had i activated it, would i have called them in the 1st place?? NO. The money was refunded after speaking to minimum 2-3 executives, as they disconnect the call midway of the complain.
After futile efforts of contacting them & being let down by the Reliance Family time & again, i have been bound by their response to move & raise a voice in the consumer court. If Reliance GSM services have to do everything as per their own whims and fancies, then what are the customers for ?? They have very poor after services. I am totally disappointed, and like me many more too.
Therefore I would like to request you to take necessary action against them & kindly do the needful.
