Greetings of the day.

I had recently bought a SAMSUNG Galaxy Ace I-S5830 358884048642909 model of Rs. 14,049 on 03/01/12 in Big C Mobiles PVt Limited, Kiran Arcade,Opp. Minerva Complex, SD Road, Secunderabad.

The Details of the bill is as follows:

The accessories of the mobile are not handed over to me completely and related with my mobile i.e., as they suppose to give the Head phone set of the same model but they have given of some other cheap model head set. when asked they are saying that as it is compatible to your mobile, you have to take it. But in the bill it is clearly mentioned that they have to provide the model related head set only.

They also told that they will give the Samsung Blue tooth free and informed as the stock is not their now, so collect it tomorrow and as I approached next day they are giving me cheaper ROX company blue tooth which they didn't informed me during purchasing the mobile.

Also they are suppose to provide the software CD of the mobile but not giving it.
As their other counterparts like Univercell mobiles, The Mobile Store company etc are all providing the above complete accessories.

When asked the clarity regarding on above things, they are responding very rudely.
Kindly help me in this regard.
