I have given micormax mobile to "micromax check pint shop no 7 grd flr sankalp sidhi society Vickroli west mumbai-400083" on 26/11/2011 acknowledge ment no 425 and job sheet # they have given me on 22nd dec 2o11. Every time when i call on check point every time they answer company se nahin aayan and when i called on delhi customer care talked to abhishek just 4 days before they told mobile has been repaired. Today also i called on check point non 9870119409 and 2nd no which never work 0225779141 they told not yet repaired and returned by company. Please take a strict action as i am troubled because of their false commitment every time. I dont know for repairing a mobile will take how many more months. Sir being a customer what should i do tell me also i would like to ask where is my mobile. If they are not able to rapair they should give me a new mobile. Why they are trying to waste the warranty time.From now onwards i never buy a micromax mobile.Reduculas service.
