    DEAR SIR,
    i HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET FROM NAAPTOL(BLACKBERRY 8830) BY PAYING CASH ON DELIVERY WERE AS WHEN I STARTED THE HANDSET IT WAS FOUND FAULTY.I CHECKED THE BLUETOOTH DEVICE EVEN THAT WAS FAULTY THEN I CHECKED THE CHARGER EVEN THAT WAS NOT WORKING.tHEN I CHECKED WITH THE CHARGER EVEN THAT WAS NOT WORKING.ALL THE ITEMS FOR WHICH I HAD PAID WAS NOT WORKING.MOREOVER THE PHOTO WHICH SHOWN IN NET OF THE HANDSET IS NOT THE SAME WHICH I RECIEVED.THE SET I GOT IS VARIZONE WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED BY SERVICE CENTER ALSO.
    KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS I HAD PAID 5298 RS FOR THE SAME AND IS OF NO USE.
    i HAD SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER CARE SINCE TODAY MORNING BUT NOWERE I FOUND POSITIVE REPLY.

    Default complain against naaptol

    Dear sir,
    i preeti singh,placed an order 'winter special electric heater and blower'from naaptol bachat bazar online shopping
    with an order no-3222478 of Rs.2298 on 11th jan,2012 and i received that order on 21st jan,2012.but when i opened that sealed box it was filled with scrap magazines of same weight.I have been sending mails to their website given by their customer careand complain by phone many times but still now i havent received any solution.i am really worried on how will this issue get sorted out.

    I request to make a strong complain against them so that they sort out my issue and also dont do this kind of [COLOR=#009900 !important]practice[/COLOR] anymore with other customers also .I have a very bad expereince with NAAPTOL .

    Kindly help us with the complaint letter on empty.backoffice@gmail.com with 2 witness signature and post office stamp stating that you have received empty parcel through post,If in case post office is not giving to you the stamp then help us with 2 witness signature with stating that post office is not giving stamp and received empty parcel through the same.

    Default naptol is a fraud company

    Hello Sir!.. I booked Blackberry storm 9530 (order number: 3851081)from Naaptol.com and i received it on 26th april 2012,
    the mobile handset has many problems as below
    1. its charging port is not working
    2. there is blinking on the screen,
    3. handsfree provided by you is not working from the first day,
    4. it is working very much slowly and get hanged time to time,
    then i send it back to the address given by naptol.com on 2nd may, and request for refund of my order paymaent.but again i got a new handset on 9th may, 2012
    this parcel missing memory card,screen guard, and mobile cover.
    But after all this, i called many times and made complaint again & again and spend money in calling & got badly mentally frustrated from Naaptol. Because every time they give me belief to solve problem in 48 hour!.. And Hell is that.. my problem is not solved tiil now,,and the 2nd mobile handset showing many problem as below
    1. its bettry get empty in just 3 hours
    2. it get hanged during typing
    3. data cable is not supported
    4. dialing problem is also occurred
    so i want file a complaint regarding this matter.
    Now i got totally frustrated and don't know what to do??, where to go..??, how can i get my money back..?? I feel Naaptol is trying to make me fool and don't want to refund my money!..


    Help me! and reply me as soon as possible..

    We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no-3851081 & you said that you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    As per our telephonic conversation,request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3851081] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

    Kindly write back to us at contact@naaptol.com or call us at 09223516148 & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

    It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.
