I have purchased HTC Salsa from Alfa(Vile Parle,Mumbai - 400056) on 25/09/2011

After purchasing the cell from day 1 i was facing lot of issues like

Overheat of battery
Exhaust of battery within 1 hr
It`s difficult to charge battery
Sometime battery never respond.

I have submitted the faulty handset at HTC Authorised service center

But still my handset not repaired & returned back.The service center has requested for the new parts from HTC which they have not received.

I have communicated to HTC customer care,they informed that the problem will be resolved soon.But till date my problem not resolved.I have suggested HTC to give me alternate cell but no response.

How can i proceed,i have purchase invoice & mobile submission report receipt from HTC service center.

Pls guide to get my money back or Handset in excellent working condition.
