My father who is living in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana and using BSNL mobile number 09416055234 for last 7-8 years. Earlier it used be a post paid and for last 2-3 years hI have converted it to a prepaid one. I am getting a message as "thanks for using our service.To know more please ciick wap.Handygo.Com/Bsnls/Combostreet" from the phone no:556781005 charging rs5/-. Whenever he receive this message Rs.5 is deducted his prepaid balance, he tried to contact local BSNL office for this but problem could not be resolved. We are getting this message after each 4-5 days. Pls guide where I can submit my complain in this concern as BSNL people are least bothered about our problem and are not showing any interest to deal with the concern.
