Hi,

I have purchased Galaxy POP mobile phone from mobile store kalkaji on 31st Dec 2011. The store salesman confirmed me that I will be get 5% cash back within 2 day but still I have not received any amount. Also called icicibank customer care they are saying they don't have such offer ,After that I called mobile store customer care they told me to send a mail for the issue. Now I have received a response from mobile store You will receive you 5% cash back in the month of Jan (1 to 31).

Need your help in getting the offered cash back.
