    Default Faulty Handset

    Hi,

    I have taken a blackberry 9630 order no:3084661 from naaptol.They have delievered it to me.but after 2 days wat i found is if i talk to anyone on phone for half an hour continous then the battery got discharge 80% and second thing if anyone call then i can't hear any ringtone.I tried from my side but it doesn't work then i visited one blackberry shop and he told me that it is faulty handset and u will face the problem and after 5 days one new problem start is when i call to anyone i am unable to hear other side listener voice,one type of sound comes and all the time it occur.When i written one mail to naaptol then Divya replied stating that u need to send that handset through bluedart courier and if it got damage we not responsible and she has written so many guidelines.when i replied back that wy should i go to bluedart as it far from my home,then she can't replied back.The service of naaptol is very bad and now i go to consumer court as i have all the details

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3084661] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 10-12 working days.

    Request your patience in the interim.

    To Naaptol,
    U reply the same thing as you have send me CDMA handset and that i don't want.i want gsm handset.The handset which You have provided is CDMA and it isupport sprint and always one pop is there that "ACTIVATION REQUIRED" is there on mobile screen.i have taken blackberry for internet purposes and for official mail configuration also,but when i activated blackberry services then it can't get activated,i called to tata docomo customer care and he told me that your handset is CDMA not GSM,so we can't support,thats wy the services will not get activated.wy u are cheating the customer??????? U have send sprint blackberry handset to me and now ur customer care can't listen to me.Naaptol cheats the customer and after sending you 4 emails,you have not replied even a single one.

    Thanks for ur reply and i will send you the product within some day.But one thing i like to ask you is that you have send me blackberry handset but you have not send me any receipt,invoices to me.Is this a genuine thing or fraud????You first thing a faulty handset and u can't send invoices,receipt and warranty card to me.And in ur clause u have written that "Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund."Can u plz tell me wat it mean, as i have not recieved any invoices from your side and again i tell you that Please don't revert me back the same CDMA phone,as in the back side of phone it is clearly mention CDMA 3G and ur customer care damn care about the customer,he just convey his thing and can't listen to the customer.I want Receipt of my phone bill,and watever i heard about naaptol is not gud..so i am little bit worried and i am not sure will i get my phone back or not??if i send my phone to ur place for repair.It's my request to u that plz replace it and send new one,currently i am facing multiple issue in it.
