I saw an ad of blackberry storm 9530 3G with 2 GB Memory Card on naaptol.Com and placed an order with them. I got it on 13 December 2011 through Aramex, AWB no. 6415537111 with prior intimation through sms. Since order was cash on delivery I paid Rs. 9798.00 cash to the Courier guy. But after opening the pack I was so disappointed to see used phone with scratches on back near camera. And touch screen is not working properly, so I called customer care number 09229516148 immediately, but they told me wait for 48 working hours (that means 6 days) the vender will call me, and I can ask them for replacement or cash back, but I didn’t get any call, so I again call to customer care on 20^th December. and they told me wait again for 2 days, but again I didn’t receive any call from any vender. Then again I call to customer care on 22^nd December, they again asked again for 48 hours. Now today 29^th December, when I didn’t receive any call, I called again to customer care again they were asking for 48 hours again, what the bullshit, what should I do now.
