I am yogesh chawla & my mobile number is 8802053400. I am facing issue with the vodafone services from last 30 days. I have replaced my sim from Vodafone Customer service. I got replacement sim in 24 hours. Usually it takes 2 to 4 hrs to get the services activated on replacement sim.

I have faced the problem & it take 15 days to get the sim activated & when the sim got activated then I was not able to make the outbound. I am using postpaid services & when I try to make outgoung calls I receive the message that my "Your Vodafone Prepaid services is not active".

I have visited Vodafone karol bagh store 5 times & contacted vodafone customer service many time. No body is helping me, they just ignore by saying that there is technical error with ur sim.

Now, its been 30 days I am still not able to use services.
