My Mobile no. is 9819790304. I am using Airtel service from February. From February I am facing the problem of network issue.I have complaint many times but could not get any resolution on this issue.

Finally,I decided to do MNP.I sent request for MNP on 25th November.Since then I am continously following them but they are not doing PORT OUT.I have sent MNP request three times since thenEvery time when I call customercare they say different reason,Last when I called them on 26th December they say that "we have received SMS from you to cancel MNP", but the fact is that I have never send such SMS.I dont even know that what message have to send and on which nofor cancalation .Then I send mail to nodal officer but they have also not replied till date on this matter.

I am frustrated from Airtel network which causing me frustration on daily basis.Also everyone knows yesterday incidence for whole mumbai.Now they are not even giving me MNP so that I can try on other network.

Now I dont knowwhat should I do?
