    Default tata docomo is cheating with call me tunes service

    i have a doubt Tata Docomo some times when we/ i call others,if they have ring back tone(call me tunes) why immediately the song is not getting started?why you guys are giving the useless recorded voice which says like "if you want to copy this tune then press* etc.'users are not paying the money for that recorded voice right?users are paying for songs but how can you play that recorded voice before the song starts?i think you are getting my point.the point is when we call others,their phone starts ringing but the ring back tone(call me tune) is not getting started,instead of that why are you playing that recorded voice?this is a way of cheating users right?not only Tata Docomo but also some other networks in India also doing the same.why guys always find a way to cheat users.

    Default Tata Docomo not refunding for Call me tunes

    Dear Sir,
    I am a customer of tata docomo GSM pre paid service.Yesterday I got a message saying "Thank You for subscribing for Call me tunes".While I neither applied for nor confirm to this service and balance of Rs. 30 is deducted from my account balance. After trying a lot of times to customer care they replied that Their server is down so they cannnot help Me.Then I had register an online complain at their site.But still waiting for refund of my hard earned money.

    Please help me and many others like me, who are losing their hard earned money and time.

    too dificult to find out a particular song by messages.....please sort out this problem....its bad procedure to search a specific song....

    Default activation of call me tunes without approval of the customer

    Dear sir
    my docomo no. is 8089096158
    my no has been activated call me tune and other value
    added service without getting of my approvsl. This is one
    kind of cheating and i cant not even getting customer care(121)
    also what a planned robbery.
    This is an unfair act.
