I have a complaint for idea cellular limited as I recharged my phone No. 9540348882 Dated: 27/12/2011
Idea customer care number "12345" recharge calculator option gave the information about plan Rs.21 to get talk time of Rs.17.04 but when I recharged
my number from freecharge.in site, transaction from my account had done. But I didn't get any benefit of such plan.
When I called costumer care they are denying that their is no such plan of Rs. 21, when I asked to register my complain they keep me on hold and disconnected my call and mycall is not connected again to them.

Please find out the problem of Idea Cellular limited to refund my money or give me the so called Balance of Rs.17.04
