I am using IDEA SIM card Since last about 7 years. Now I get another SIM for My very personal use & having some balance amount in it. I am using this sim card for some time & keeping the card in my pocket out of mobile phone by diverting voice calls on my another number. Apart from this my sim card is out of my mobile, the balance had deducted & when I called IDEA customer care they told me that I had subscribed some scheme & they deducted the money and they are unable to return the money to me.
This was happand second time with me.
Please guide me how to get back the money from IDEA.
