Hello,
I am using Vodafone from past few years. I registered my number on NDNC some two years ago. Few weeks ago, I recieved a call from Telemarketer and I immidiately provided all the details to vodafone and after somedays I recieved the feedback the the number is a Vodafone number and it is not a Telemarketer.

Upon re-questioning them, they told me that it's too late to provide further details as as per TRAI rules I need to provide it within 3 days. I am not sure why are they trying to protect the telemarketer, when clearly I have received a telemarketing call from him. I told them this thing again & I have not recieved any reply from them from last 3-4 days now.


Here is what I recieved as there first feedback:

TM number -- Service provider -- Docket Number -- Date of complaint -- Action taken
8860085893 -- VODAFONE -- 222067717 -- 02-Dec-11 -- Not a telemarketer
