I Akhilesh Kumar Mishra bought a Micromax mobile x222 on 25th of October , IMI # 91112945206528 / IMEI # 911129452320257 (DUAL Sim for which photo state copy of cash memo attached) From Gulab Communications GF-2/94, Meghdot Building , Nehru Place New Delhi-110019 and after just three days on 28th of Oct 2011 I got a problem in the set which on 08th of Nov I approached the same dealer who said there is a problem in charger cable and suggested me to go to service centre.

I approached the service centre same day 08th Nov 11 There one of your service centre technicians Mr. Devender
(Mob No-9810838245 ) told me ump the charger at service center and aske to visit again after 15 days but i did not dump my charger thee becoz charger was working with other Micromax mobile. finally I once again approached the service centre at I-11, LGF central market lajpat nagar, New Delhi-110024 and asked the technicians that charger is ok then one of your technicians there said that the problem is with charging jack of hand set then we handed over the hand set there on 16th of Nov,2011.
(job shet# N030650-1111354104 & Request # R1111F0408673) They said that you will receive a confirmatin call from our side within three working days which never happened, then I personally approached the service centre on 19th of Nov on which they asked a charge of Rs 500 for repairing for which I deniedand came back from service centre after telling them that hand set is in warrenty, then agian approached the service centre this time they asked to give back my hand and also said for thi we will approach The Consumer Court, after that they asked for two more working days and this practice is on till date. As a customer I feel very harassed and further request you to personally look into the matter as soon as possible so I can enjoy my hand set.
