I have given a port out request for my vodafone number 9884333999 (vodafone to Idea) still my number is not changed to idea. i spoke to vodafone customer regarding this , they said they have closed the complaint as the customer wants to retain in same network. and they have mentioned that they have activated V-V 10p and other Mobiles as 30p. But nothing like that happend for me, still my outgoing call rate is 60p only. I want to port out to IDEA as soon as possible. Trai should take necessary steps on this issue that without customers knowledge they are rejecting the port out. Vodafone is too costly compare to idea.
for example Vodafone to other number calls @30p bonus card is Rs.69 for 30 days, but in Idea its just Rs.53 for 365days calls @30p.
So Trai should look on this tarrifs also.
