Tata telecom connections are not closed by company

    Default Tata telecom connections are not closed by company

    I had tata indicom walky and net connection. I requested to close both the connections ( I visited the tata indicom outlets and even filed a request online), the request got processed and closed, I got a call for the connection close confirmation. I said Yes to close the connections. Still the connection is not closed. My walky phone got disconnected but i am getting bills per month.

    Regarding the tata indicom net connection, the closure request is processed and closed last year, and now after 1 year i got a call from delhi saying the tatatel filed a case againt me for due amount of 3 months. The person who was talking on phone was very rude in tone and abused me.

    In short tata teleservices does not close the connections even if it is requested and processed properly. They harress the people who pay their bills regularly. But many people who doesnt pay the bills, they never get such issues even if 4 years past. The only option is not to use any of the product from tata telecom. And if you have do not close it, even if you close it, you will get such issues every time. Best option is then go to court and file a case againt tata teleservices.

    Following is the information for both the connections and closure requests.

    Tata indicom net connection number :- 9225518570
    Closure compaint Number:- 212780

    Tata walky number:-2065001147
    Closure compaint number:- 389659

    I want in written from tata indicom that both these connections are closed and no dues remaining from my side. I want to file a case againt tatatel for the harressment which they have done and they should compensate on the time and kind of mental torture which i faced due to them.
