I order for Blackberry Bold 9650 Handset from rediff online shopping. In product feature the mobile is suppose to hold both CDMA and GSM services. Also in the product picture nor the features say the mobile belong to Verizon.( Co-branded mobile with Blackberry). I went to my CDMA service provider they confirm this mobile will not support CDMA services. Then i went to authorised service centre of Blackberry they confirm that the mobile will not support CDMA. Howeever the mobile can hold GSM service but the blackberry service or BGM service cannot be activated in the mobile since the mobile set is design for the american CDMA and GSM sims as the UIN for the mobile is not register in India. The blackberry mobile will not have any internet service, It can only be used for calling and sms services. This is like I hold blackberry mobile with ordinary mobile service. Then I send mail to the Rediff Shopping for the same there is no proper response from them. the mobile phone provider Electro extreme has confirm this mobile will not support CDMA service.

Rediff Shopping has shown one mobile in the display and send another mobile
They have given CDMA and GSM set(dual sim compatible set) in product feature but send me GSM only set with no BGM( Internet Service)
There is no proper response from Rediff and Vendor despite I send mails and contacted them in phone for several times.

I require refund of the money with the courier charges for sending and recieving.
