dear sir,

i have purchased a sim (Vodaphone) in the name of Suvi Kumar, Mobile no.: 8696334486 in last week of november, from the date the sim card is showing that registration failed i have submitted the documents to the retailer sethia telecom, bhawani mandi, till date i have not revceived any confirmation or till date sim is also not activated by service provider, on date 11.12.2011 i have made call to vodaphone customer care i.e. 111, complaints only service i.e. 198, but both the call center employees has disconnected my call in the name that they are transferring the call to their senior,

now i am totally cheated by the company , and company official if they cant provide service they why they are allotting bussiness related to service to people,

this is very much rediculous that customer facing all the trouble after paying money from pocket and buying more and more tenssion.

who will be responsible for all these trouble and who will compensate for the related query, and who will suggest where to complaint and to whom,
