Complaint against tata docomo

Hello,I have been using the prepaid mobile number (9874884098) of the above mentioned telecom company for the past few months. On 2 December '2011 I had activated Caller Tune service on my number. Along with that another song has been activated on my number, I have been charged for this service. When I asked them to withdraw the other song and credit the money to my number they said okay. But now both songs have been withdrawn and not a penny has been credited to my account.
along with this service a Non-Veg jokes service has been activated on my number.
Instead of my repeated calls to the Customer Care Department, no significant action is visible.

Through your forum , I just want to know the possible course available to me to get my grievance resolved.

Dear Sir,

I am using Docomo Services for long time of period. My Mobile no. is 9033018583(Tata Docomo Dealer). I have never any complaint before but from last 2 months. I am totally harrassed by Docomo Services.

I am facing problem of balance deduction.

In details whenever i surf the internet on Gprc services and when close the internet i have 2 massage in my inbox and massage is you have charged 99 rs. for thedownloading tata docomo site java games it happen 3 times in 15 days but i wasn`t downloading any type of game and any type of packs so,I called 3-4 time in services center but they were not taking my complaint and even all time they told that system is not updated so call after 3 or 6 etc. (some hours).when i call five or six hours later customer care (52202) i haven`t received any satisfied answer from any executives even exucutives superviser.
