    Default Complaint against airtel for deducting balance

    Hello consumer court, I want to file a complaint against airtel for deducting balance with no reason. My balance has been deducting from last one month. When i called cc they told me that i have activated HUNGAMA SUPER STORE pack which i never did. I told them to stop that. CC assured me that me that the service is stopped but next day they started deducting 5rs.They have deducted almost a total of 60rs. Now when i call them they tell me that your service has been deactivated. But the next morning they again deduct 5rs. from my balance. I have called cc 3 times but they are not helping me.. So , now i want my complete refund of 60 rs. My no. is +91-9997275927. Please consumer court help me out.

    Default balance deduction by AIRTEL for no reason

    To who so ever it may concern, i JASKARAN SINGH, of Chandigarh, phn No. 9779303198 WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST AIRTEL BHARTI for deducting my balance
    I lost my balance twice for no reason.
    first case i dont remember the date..but i lost Rs.15.
    second case: i had balance around rs. 20 on 24/4/2012 night and on 25/4/2012 morning i had to make an urgent call, but cudnt make it because, i had 12 PAISE balance left...AIRTEL deducted my balance...
    i m trying to call to customer care(on 121 and 198) but no one picks the call.
    Are they all Airtel guys there for help us or they are sitting there to rob us. Really I mean this is the limit, How can you cut someone's balance for doing nothing. ????????
    I don't know whatever you do, I ]just want my Balance Back.Kindly Give Me My Balance Back.Thanking You, Jaskaran Singh
