I am Rohit Ray and i am using a tatadocomo number (9039944380).I got a message from tatadocomo on 5th dec ,2011 that i'l get a full balance on a recharge of 45 rs within 72 hours.I did recharge my mobile on 6th dec 2011 at 10 pm.I waited for my balance till 72 hours and after that also i didn't got my balance.When i had a talk with the customer care they did not responded it well and told me to wait for few more days.I want a strict action against this kind of fraud companies.I want u to reply as soon as possible and take some strict action against it.I just want to know that they took more than 72 hrs and they are not able to provide the balance in 72 hrs.please take some qiuick action against tatadocomo.
