Hi earlier i had posted a complaint for the no.8897988449, representative from airtel called me and said that they could not do any thing as i got the discount. It is a very weired answer i never expected from airtel as the problem is from there side, and in return they are saying that they could not do anything. They are simply exploiting the time and playing games as amny consumers would leave as they the issues as they are having very less time to spend.In my case they are very much wrong as they information they provided is wrong.I am thinking of giving a newspaper complaint onthem for the inconvenience caused to me.I almost lost many hours calling to then to give a solution.
Problem: Excess billing for the internet services. I have activated internet pact 98 and used for 3days and deactivated.As per the pack i will get 2Gb data free to use with the min. Rental 98/-.after using 500mb which less than 1/2 of the packs valus how i can be charged with ana amount of 3800.
I just wanted to make clear that i am not ready to make paymentof the amount of my no.
