Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail to you in grief for being cheated. I have
recently purchased a new mobile handset from nokia " C7 ", after using
it for hardly a couple of month, the phone just stop responding.
After several attempts that i made at nokia care, i finally got a
reply that this handset could not be repaired and to my concern nokia
is not taking any responsibility.
I have purchased the handset by paying Rs18500. I have met Mr. Rajesh
Singh who were responsible for handling my case. He helped me with
discussing the problem but the policies of Nokia Care are just not
helping me to rectify my problems. I hereby request you to please look
into the matter so that i can survive the damage done to me. Being a
middle class person the amount is too high for me afford the loss.
Hence i would request you to ask Nokia to pay me back my money since
they are not taking any kind of responsibility.
As a procedure of taking steps towards the legal action i am hereby
sending you a mail to make sure that i don`t miss out on my basic
responsibility and would like to offer a buffer time for the company
to rethink on my case as well.
Details are also attached in attachment to make my case transparent.
