I had purchased a nokia N97 mini last year and since the time i purchased the phone it gave a touch pad problem which nokia care centre in pune repaired thrice in the year despite telling them that it is not repairable and it is a manufacturer's defect now since the phone is completely spoilt because of the touch pad the care centre replaced the phone for a Nokia C7 however i am very angry and this is not acceptable as there was no sealed pack that was given so we don't know whether nokia gave us a second hand piece. Also the care centre is not giving me the battery, charger and accessories for the new phone. As far as i am aware nokia always supplies this with their new products. I gave Nokia the data cable and the headphones for my old phone which had the manufacturer defect however they refused to take it and said that this will work for the new phone as well. That is not the way Nokia should give a replacement. I am doubtfull that this phone is a new phone as they just gave the phone to me in my hand without opening a sealed box. The IMEI number for my old phone is 358315039387741 and the new phone is 357395041256846. I would like nokia to replace me with a packed and sealed piece the way i bought the nokia N97 Mini.
