    Default regarding money deduction for data services

    Dear Sir/Madam,I am vodafone customer and I am using blackberry data service of vodafone.Today they charge me 399 for reactivation of blackberry service and this balance was deducted from mobile automatically. In evening I got sms from vodafone that I have a data balance of 2mb but after reactivation I have a balance of 3gb on my blackberry data pack.And after some time I got a message that I have 0 data balance and I will charge at the rate of 10paise/10 kb and they deduct money from my main balance for internet usages.According to my data pack I have 3 gb of free usages but they charge it unethical.When I call to customer care they are giving me satisfactory answer.When ever I call at 198 to lodge a complaint they said me to call on 111 for information and vice versa after this they block my number now it is not possible for me to customer care executive because they block my number.Kindly help the need full and I want my money back.Please help me.Sanjay Mishra9648550235

    Thanks for writing in. We would like to inform you that Vodafone Live is charged under the following conditions:

    1)The free usage does not include usage of certain applications such as YouTube, video/music streaming, tickers on HTML sites, handset applications and MMS which uses Vodafone Live! as the access point and will be charged @ 10p/10KB.

    2)If the handset has applications which auto refresh/update by connecting through the WAP gateway i.e. Vodafone Live!, you will be charged 10p/10KB. The settings for these applications are pre-defined on the handset by the manufacturer.

    3)Any video streaming application or real time application such as weather/stock/ news updates on your handset may also use Vodafone Live! to connect.
