i bought dell streak mobil 5(imei-354000031377726) from FONEZONE,sector-3,rohini,delhi in 10-05-2011, after 1-2 week i faced some problem like touch screen not working and could not attend the incomming call. so,i brought my mobile to dell service center which one placed in J-29, Sector-18, Gutam Budh Nagar, Noida- 201301 Uttar Pradesh. in service center they did OS(android)upgradiation and said the OS is out of date so,thats why you are facing problem.after one month again i faced the same problem and also my front camera was not working when i traied to use 3G in my mobile.so,again i brought my mobile to service center now they said handset want to replace so you want to bring your mobile to the Nehru place,delhi where the head of the service center.and i submit my mobile to the survice center for replacement on 2-sep-2011,they told we will replace mobile within15 days.after thet i visited their more then 10 times ,and enquired by mobile more then 100 times,but till now(when i am posting this complaint)they were not ready to return my mobile,please any one help me for how to get my mobile back( i have the proper bill and proper service report from center)
