    please help me log a complaint against vodafone.
    I have been speaking to vodafone to resolve the issue for the past 6-7 months.
    But there has been no resolution.


    I have been using the vodafone number for over 8 years, its a postpaid number.
    Never ever has my monthly bill crossed Rs. 3,000/-
    I was charged 21k for a month this march, 2011
    of which 18k was for the internet charges which I never used.




    having complained and personally visiting the vodafone store like a million times. My issue still stands unresolved. Came to know from a vodafone employee that this has happened with many customers, vodafone has applied 3g charges to normal gprs charges.
    Have literally been tortured to no extent by the incessant calling from vodafone.


    And every month they pass on my case to a different individual, and have to explain him the whole story again.
    Having even approached the relationship Manager Mr. Pradeesh Chenon and have written him 3-4 times, but there has been no response.


    They tried to settle the account by asking me to pay almost 80% of the amount, well I paid only my call charges + 4,000/- extra to settle it. Was so frustrated with vodafone, that I just wanted to get this done with.


    Today was another day when the legal department called and tried to force me to pay the amount.
    They kept asking my office address to send me a notice.


    Have never seen such a terrible customer service from any organization.
    It has been pathetic to say the least. I hope the managers following this thread make note.

    I was charged 11k for a month this march, 2012
    of which 10.5k was for the internet charges which I never used.

I use Iphone 4 and had deactived the Iphone services in the month of December 2011. but suddenly in the month of March,2012 the iphone services was activated by itself and i was charged 11k.Have literally been tortured to no extent by the incessant calling from vodafone.


    And every month they pass on my case to a different individual, and have to explain him the whole story again.
    Having even approached the relationship Managers and have written him 3-4 times, but there has been no response.

    I dont want any sort of court notice but also I dont want to pay the amount as the service was very much deactivated by me in December.

    In fact, When i came to know that the bill has cross my crdeit limit on 8the April, I gave a call to Vodafone care to deactivate it..it took them 2 weeks to deactivate it and now the bill has cross 11k.

    Have never seen such a terrible customer service from any organization.
    It has been pathetic to say the least. I hope the managers following this thread make note.

    Default Extortion from Vodafone

    Hi

    I have been a using Vodafone number since 2007 and I have to put up with the most indecent behavior so far. Vodafone customer care executives keep calling me twice or thrice a day as soon as the bill is generated asking silly questions like "Have you received the bill?" or "You billl payment date is ..." .

    I requested them to not call me or I will stop paying the bill but they couldn't stop. This time I warned 20-30 times as they called me while I am in Hong Kong and on international roaming. I stopped paying the bill and recently even dropped an email saying that I will make full settlement and get out of this service. However, they called a girl in my office quite a few times and threatened her to disclose my other Hong Kong number. My Vodafone services were already stopped.

    Now, I am not approved of this practice and they have created trouble to someone not even related to me. Note that I have already been replying the emails and I had already warned them to put a tap on irritating practices.

    I would like to register a case against Vodafone. Please note that my credit limit is INR 10000 as displayed on Vodafone website while my accumulated bill is just INR 4313. My Vodafone number is 9885808543.
