    Default Complaint againt AIRTEL Service

    I,Mandeep Kaur was airtel prepaid customer2 months ago. I got a call from airtel call centre that would u like to switch from prepaid to postpaid . I said "NO". they convinced me by saying that i will not have to go anywhere to avail the service ,they will come to my place and collect their document and the service will be activated within a day. For this i paid rupees 500 for the postpaid sim.
    THen till 1 month no one even bothered if was the service activated but i was using prepaid till that time .

    Then again I got a call saying that ,we are come to your home for verification .and after that both my prepaid as well postpaid service was deactivated for 5 days . I had to go to airtel gallery where i spend 200 rupees to activate my postpaid account .

    Again it worked for 5 days and again it was deactivated by saying that i have not deposited the document which i had already submited them on their first vist at my home . I had also placed a complain which is still open on airtel .then i again went to the airtel gallery they said that i will again have to file a postpaid connection application and again it will take 48 hour to be activated .after submitting the document also my postpaid service is not activated .
    for this 10 days of inconvenience i have a lose of 100000 rupees.As this is the number i am using since 10 years . I want airtel to compensate my loss for this 10 days and activate my previous prepaid service . I dont want that postpaid service .

    Default For unwanted fake msg

    I had recieved msg from airtel that is subscribe hello tune service with 50 percent discoun by dialing 57878555 toll free and get 1st song free and monthaly rental 15rs for month up 3 month.when i call on that number without selecting any song artel diduct 45 rs in my act .then i ask how to ressolve this problem i am not satisfied by this interaction then can i complain in grahak shurkha.india.my number is 9725179010

    Angry regarding the deduction of balance from my number

    since the last 20 days 160 Rs. from my account on the basis of airtel tv service . with the help of custumer care serive i deactivated that service ,tab vbalance deduct ho rahe hai.
