I ordered on vox touch screen mobile for my daughter Bhavna Goswami at Bangalore.The order no. 2650521.The product was delivered in time but when opened it was dound that the lcd is not displayed,radio is not working,charging point is broken. The company has cheated with a defective product.I complained several time to naaptol customer care.the company made a call and tell me to send the product.But they did not give me the address by sms till today. Now i want refund of my money.i have loss money and suffering from mental tension.So i request you to immediately replace a good product or refund my money.
