I have purchased a samsungS2 mobile model name.GT-19100, IMEI no.359090043077336 Price 28500.00 from PlanetM , TOTAL MALL Sarjapur Road Bangalore. The date of purchase @is 1/11/2011.after 2 days I have noticed that the mobile is auto restart and poor battery backup. It is the matter of concern & reputation of samsung company mobiles. I have given back mobile to PlanetM and told them to replace me the instrument, after 18 days PlanetM gave me the same instrument and its being told that its was a minor defect @and we upgrade the software @and it won’t happen again then I kept silence.After 3 days I faced the same problem then I visited Samsung service center (N0-14, Krishna Tower, 1st floor MARATHALI, BANGALORE) at 23/11/2011.I asked for new set for this type of complaints raised in new mobile and so costle.if a customer paid around Rs30000.00 for a set and not satisfied .Then how the customers trust to the SAMSUNG. They told me if your complaint was lodged after 4days of Purchased date then company would liable to change the set. Now your set shall be serviced by us.My concern is why the SAMSUNG didn’t mention the same in the warranty card which comes with mobile sets and how customer is aware of that . Even I spoke to Mr.Girish (SAMSUNG SERVICE AREA MANAGER, BANGALORE) several times for the same but he started off, giving inappropriate details. I really do not know what to do because of their irresponsible customer service and carefree attitude.
@ I hope I would get new set or Refund after my complaint here or else please guide on how to sue SAMSUNG towards the mental torture, cheating and harassment towards this issue.
